Three Elisava students selected for the ADC*E High Potentials among Europe’s most promising young creatives

Students of Elisava’s Bachelor in Design Carla Salcedo, Adrián Pascual, and Yishi Yu Ye have been selected in the High Potentials category of the ADC*E Awards, an international talent scouting programme that identifies some of Europe’s most promising young creatives.

Organised by the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), the High Potentials programme has become a key initiative for connecting new generations of creatives with agencies and design studios seeking emerging, diverse, and forward-thinking talent. Its aim is to provide a unique platform to discover and bring together the creative minds that will shape the industry in the coming years.

The 2026 edition of the programme will take place in Barcelona on May 6 and 7, marking its ninth edition. Over two days, the event will combine presentations, networking sessions, and professional connection activities. On the first day, open to the public, the selected young creatives will present their work to leading European agencies, followed by a networking event. On the second day, a professional speed-dating session will facilitate direct connections between talent and industry representatives.

Following a record number of applications -nearly 170 submissions- only 30 talents have been selected to take part in this edition, including the three Elisava students.

The programme represents a valuable opportunity for both students and participating agencies, fostering direct exchange and the identification of new creative voices that will help define the future of design and visual communication in Europe.
