Francisco Javier Camino
Professor of the Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and the Degree in Design

Graduated in Industrial Design Engineering from Elisava (2013) and postgraduate degree in Design Management from the UPC (2016). He currently teaches on the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and collaborates on the Bachelor’s Degree in Design. In parallel, he holds the position of director at the Ateneu de Fabricació de Gràcia, where he advises and develops projects in the field of digital production and social innovation, specialising in the textile and craft sector.
His experience is based on consultancy, training and project management in the digital production sector, combining design methodology, research and experimentation as strategic tools that generate impact on society. His current interest is focused on a hybrid between industrial design engineering, technology, biology and experimentation as part of the creative process to envision and propose sustainable futures.
