The aim of this subject is to provide the basic analysis tools prior to the strategic definition of a communication plan in order for the student to learn to assess the needs and opportunities of the market situation and thus determine the relevance of a communicative action. In this way, concepts and methodologies from fields such as marketing, strategic planning, advertising, corporate social responsibility, branding, and public relations will be exposed.
