Subject: Narrative in Design and Communication

In this subject, research and creation are creatively integrated into development through the proposal of a series of concepts and images from cultural criticism, critical discourse analysis, critical sociology and radical political analysis. The objective is that students acquire the analytical and creative competences that allow them, on one hand, to identify the different positions inscribed in objects, images and everyday spaces in which they carry out their activity and their social existence; and, on the other hand, that they allow the execution of creative proposals in the orbit of critical design, speculative design and/or the construction of compromised relationships between objects (physical objects, images, systems or spaces), users and their environment.
