Students from the Degree in Design present their school ship proposals to Oscar Camps from Open Arms

Last Friday, December 2, in the framework of the subject Global Project I, fourth year students from the Degree in Design presented their five proposals to convert the old Open Arms rescue ship into possible school ships for the defense of human rights.

Under the titles ‘El Barco de la Sal’, ‘Spread the Bread’, ‘The Storyteller’, ‘Two Seas’ and ‘The Digital Boat’, the students presented their proposals to Oscar Camps, leader of the Barcelona-based NGO; Ángeles Sjchaer, from the Pedagogical Unit; Franciso Gentico, Head of Missions, and Gerard Canals, Director of Operations at Open Arms.
