This service promotes and supports student mobility through different programmes. We handle exchanges with more than 85 centres in Europe, America, Asia and Australia. For more information, visit the International Mobility website.
If you’re interested in studying English, French or German, you’ll get a 10% discount on courses at the CIC Language School (Via Augusta and Gràcia).
When not reserved for class sessions, our labs, workshops, and classrooms are open to you for working on your projects. You can check the availability of these spaces through the Elisava Life App.
At the end of each quarter, coinciding with the exam period, Elisava opens its doors on some Saturdays so you can meet with your fellow students. Check the exact dates in the academic calendar.

You can rent cameras, microphones, projectors, flashes, sensors, etc. from the Medialab for use in your work.
Two self-service printers in colour and b/w (A4 and A3) with a scanner and a b/w photocopier printer are at your disposal. They use rechargeable cards that you can purchase from the vending machines.

Download the Office suite for free and work online with Office 365. You have access to 1 TB of cloud storage (OneDrive) and Solidworks design software (using your Elisava username and password).
A service for those students coming from outside Barcelona, offering advice on issues related to life in the city (accommodation, visa renewals, obtaining a NIE, etc.). The Student Welfare Office is located on the 2nd floor (next to room 208). Fernando Eiras is there to assist you before or during your stay in Barcelona.

If you are an undergraduate student, Rosario will be your contact for any questions related to your personal and emotional well-being. When you begin your programme, you will be paired with a professor who will accompany you in your academic development and act as your advisor-mentor.

At the Administration office, we will help you with your tuition payments, bills, certificates, diplomas, etc.
The Academic Management Unit (UGA) handles all the requests for transcripts and academic reports, as well as the internship exchange and international relations. It also manages and coordinates teaching activities, and it acts as a nexus for relationship-interaction between the school’s coordinators, teachers and students.
To arrange a visit to Elisava, please write to grau@elisava.net if you are a future undergraduate student, or to masters@elisava.net if you are a future Master’s or Postgraduate student. We also coordinate scheduled visits to educational centres, information sessions and open days. We conduct personalized interviews with the heads of studies for the university degrees and with the directors of the master’s and postgraduate degrees.
Elisava promotes student employment and manages supervised internship agreements with companies, NGOs and institutions. The curricular practices are directed by teachers who guarantee their quality and engage in constant follow-up. We also offer the possibility of participating extracurricular internships during your degree. At the end of your studies, you will have access to an employment exchange created by Elisava Alumni.
The Elisava ID gives you access to all our facilities and services, and identifies you as a member of the university community. Remember to show your card to get discounts at museums and shops in Barcelona.
The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is the only ID card designed for international students. You can buy one at www.isic.es.
Indoor parking with anchoring system for up to 20 bicycles, for students and school staff.
Locker service for storing your belongings, but remember you’ll need to remove everything before the university closes.
For storing bulkier objects, like models or prototypes.
Check with reception to recover lost objects or hand in something that you’ve found.
