The 15th edition of the annual International Conference on Technology, Knowledge and Society was held in Barcelona in March 2019. The main focus of the conference was: “The Social Impact of AI: Policies and New Governance Models for Social Change.”
The Technology, Knowledge & Society Research Network is dedicated to exploring the subtle yet significant relationships between technology, knowledge and society across a variety of disciplines. The network not only publishes books and a journal, but also holds an annual conference, which is founded on the three following pillars: internationalism, interdisciplinarity and inclusiveness.
