Elisava, School of Design and Engineering at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), promotes education, knowledge, and research in the fields of design, industrial design engineering, and communication. We understand these disciplines as tools to transform the world through innovation and critical reflection.

The Elisava Private University School Foundation periodically opens positions for teaching and research staff (PDI) as well as for administration and services staff (PAS).

In this section, you can find active job calls along with the specific conditions applicable at any given time at Elisava.

Currently, we have more than 120 faculty members and researchers, as well as over 60 members of the technical, management, and administrative staff. The aim of our selection processes is to ensure that the recruited personnel are the most suitable for carrying out the functions assigned to the professional group and/or the specialty of the vacant position.


Selection of the Dean of the Elisava Faculty

Information regarding the selection process for the Dean of the Elisava Faculty of Design and Engineering at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia.

The Dean of the Faculty, who must hold a doctorate and have proven experience in teaching, research, and university management, is responsible for the Faculty’s management and leadership decisions in accordance with the guidelines established by UVic-UCC and the Board of Trustees of the Fundació Privada Elisava Escola Universitària. The position of Dean is for a four-year term, renewable for four consecutive years upon proposal by the Rector of UVic-UCC and approval by the Boards of Trustees without the need for a new public competition.
