In many important cities Zara has several shops, all of them with different images in which you always find the same thing: Zara products to buy. Zara challenges Elisava students to create strategies and spaces to build customer loyalty, using one of the shops to generate brand value through other services that help build a community around the brand.
How can we use the retail space to weave new relationships with the community, generate brand value and a sense of belonging through services that have an active impact on our lifestyle (Health, Wellness, Knowledge, Art, Music, Beauty and Fashion)? Recycling and giving a second life to forgotten clothes, creating community, learning to sew and developing creativity.
