Volumetric Representation of Performative Spaces

This thesis explores how performative spaces, ephemeral environments generated by the body through movement, proximity, and collective dynamics can be captured and represented through digital volumetric methods. Through practice-driven methods, it proposes alternatives to conventional documentation systems, such as photography, focusing on how volumetric representation transforms perception and persistence of the space. The project critically reflects on the role of production, documentation, and consumption of performative spaces, proposing a reinterpretative approach since subjectivity and cocreation of the audience of the spatial memory in digital archives.
