“Soundametric Food” aims to explore and investigate the sounds that are generated when eating. To find if there is some kind of pattern between sounds and flavors. It uses scientific methodology to collect data and then use it as a vehicle in a process of design and industrial engineering. To unite the world of haute cuisine with design in a different way. Finally, it explores the formal limits that the fields of design and gastronomy can offer each other.
