"Soundametric Food" aims to explore and investigate the sounds that are generated when eating. To find if there is some kind of pattern between sounds and flavours, it uses scientific methodology to collect data and then uses it as a vehicle in a process of design and industrial engineering. Bringing together the world of haute cuisine and design in a different way. Finally, it explores the formal limits that the fields of design and gastronomy can offer each other.
