This research focuses on questioning the influence of cognitive processes, perception, memory and lived experiences, in design, and how these can generate an emotional impact on users.
The goal is to develop a design methodology that takes these components into account, exploring how emotions, senses, memories, and cognitive processes can guide the design process. A case study is carried out with the company Mobles 114 to apply this methodology and create an identity space that reflects the essence and identity of the brand, generating an emotional impact on users.
