‘Safestep’ redesigns the conventional serum holder with the aim of improving stability and safety. It promotes early mobilisation of the patient, minimising negative effects on their health, advancing the time of discharge and freeing up healthcare system resources.
The redesign maximises the stability of the assembly through the base, weight distribution and the low, ergonomic support point. It is stackable and optimises space in rooms and storerooms. It improves the user experience for medical staff and patients, especially those in a fragile state.
