Primitive

“Primitive” is an experimental project that explores the boundaries between right and wrong within the context of today’s haute cuisine, which is subject to an extensive battery of codes, acts and rituals that condition the gastronomic experience of those who consume it.
Through research, observation and reflection on these cultural codes, such as the use of cutlery in the West, the invisibility of social conventions, such as not being able to lick a plate and the series of perceptive changes on a sensory level that can occur depending on the shape, texture, weight and colour of a support, this research works on the design of a series of pieces that bring the diner guest closer to a more instinctive, almost primitive way of eating.

“Primitive” no pretende cambiar el paradigma actual de la alta gastronomía sino aportar nuevas experiencias, nuevos caminos con la finalidad de entender la gastronomía occidental desde un punto de vista más humano a la vez que natural.
