Generating a scalable system to transform the waste generated during the production process of a catering company, reintegrating it into dishes. Cooking from waste to improve food systems by integrating an interconnected network between a platform and a device that detects, converts and values isolated waste that would end up discarded.
‘Nudo’ proposes to connect, through a community and an opensource proposal, the different recipes of each cuisine, providing a global solution to food waste. It has the aim of fostering a deeper and more valued connection with food, making each waste count to its full potential.
