This research puts in the spotlight – for possible reflections – all that is hidden when designing a space, and it is that wide world of perceptions so significant for the human being that is often overlooked.
I propose the relevance of design in the activity of “being” and in the capacities to make us aware of everything that surrounds us – whether having a general plan of the space or focusing on the objects that make it up – by providing us with the tools to perceive and therefore to think and reflect. Design is much more than a sum of formal or aesthetic contents, it is actually a way of perceiving the outside world.
