LaBar
LaBar is the first laundromat-cafeteria in Barcelona. With the aim to entertain customers while they do their laundry, it offers them the services of a cafeteria. It is a very useful way to make the most of time and enhance social life, which we sometimes have a little neglected.
The project focused on the design and implementation of a strategy through various channels, generating in the user an experience that joins the local as well as the web and mobile app. It takes the concept of the local to the web platform, offering typical functionalities of a laundry such as washing machines booking, delivery and LB Coins, which are part of the loyalty programme.
