Design project for an innovative collective social housing project, which proposes the reconversion of an old disused factory located in a warehouse in the Sant Josep neighbourhood in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
From the permeability, the return to nature, the will to welcome in the neighbourhood, the dissolution of limits and respect for the pre-existence, a common circulation is generated, a common breathing. The proposal provides 20 dwellings, space for growing and collecting water, a seed library, a coworking space, a communal kitchen, an open garden and spaces for rent and for the neighbourhood.
