GALA – A Gastronomic Visual System

“GALA” is the name attributed to the invention of a Gastronomic Visual System, a new language and visual code of communication of the sensory attributes present in a gastronomic experience. It is proposed as a graphic diagram capable of interacting with the individual in the form of a systematic platform for data generation and analysis, proposing a study methodology. The translation of a kinesthetic human body process to a monitoring and control tool that educates from a digital and analog format. A notation capable of identifying and classifying the cultural background and gastronomic DNA of each user. It configures a community of connections through the elaboration, interaction and registration of a collection of files, thus allowing the visual projection of an emotional act.
