Femilizar-sexualizar
“Femilizar-sexualizar” seeks to reflect on the way we observe the female body in social networks and whether we sexualize it or not. The project has a post-production in video format where a performance of artistic and metaphorical character has been carried out.
This exhibition is broken down into three key concepts that are associated with elements that appear: in the first layer we observe the performance of the model and her wardrobe, which symbolizes the incorruptibility of the female body as opposed to the sexualization of it. In the second, we have the infinite circle that is created between observer and observed, which is associated with the Droste effect. As a last layer, we observe the decontextualization of the audio of Trisha Paytas, where she appears speaking with an erotic voice from which we can draw many readings.
