The project is developed as a coworking and coliving space inside a 19th century Catalan farmhouse located in the Finca de Can Morer in Sant Pol de Mar. Focused on the artistic community, it focuses on the search for the essential based on the prayer found at the entrance: “feu que en aquesta casa no hi hagi ni poc ni massa, sols el just per viure bé”. The concept is based on the purity of the blank canvas, providing the opportunity to disconnect in order to connect. Through the flexibility and versatility of the spaces, it allows the realization of different functions inherent to art in a free and fluid way.
