Our proposal consists of the creation of EMTELCO’s digital laboratory, CX & BPO, which aims to promote the development of digital products and provide internal solutions to EMTELCO to automate processes, guide the internal digital transformation and meet the current needs of its corporate customers. This new autonomous faction called EMDICO, represents a new approach to address the needs of the market; putting corporate customers at the center of its actions, it will create and implement products that can develop a new source of revenue for the company.
