Craft Rain Down

CRAFT RAIN DOWN explores a change with the figure of the artisan at its core. Artisanal objects can be reframed not as objects, but rather as connections, between the hands that make them, the hands that made them and the hands that sustain them. Carried out in collaboration with the brand Nomon, which succeeds in rejuvenating endangered typologies of furniture by placing great value on materials and their processes of transformation, this project consists of an artisanal piece of furniture that injects a shot of color into an increasingly monochrome typology of object. The methods employed throughout the project complemented each other to such an extent that the key result of this endeavor is in fact a methodology — an environmentally and socially significant methodology.
