Continuum

The apartment to be renovated is located on the fourth floor of the building and requires 110m2 of living space + 23m2 of exterior expansion. Our project concept is based on two longitudinal furniture placed perpendicular to each other, which divide the floor of the apartment into two large rooms: a day area and a night area. These pieces of furniture provide the house with different functions according to needs. With our concept of diaphanous and flexible housing, we want to think of the house as the result of an aggregation rather than a subdivision of space. A concatenation of spaces that flow from the kitchen to the exterior marble wall that always appears as a visual vanishing point.
