Recovering salt to build and protect. BRN is a new low-energy process for building structures using the organic shapes and resistance of natural textiles and the stiffness of the salt crystallized within them. This process is made with the waste brine from desalination plants that otherwise would be discharged into the sea, damaging the local hydrosphere by increasing the salinity of water.
