Aroma

This project stems from the desire to create an elegant, aesthetic product that fits in with the ambience of the Germans Torres restaurant. With a conceptual and innovative base, the aim is to highlight the importance of smell in gastronomy and to generate a new tool and way of understanding the culinary art in the restaurant.
“Aroma” creates a new connection and way of capturing the user. The user, seen in its maximum expression as a sensitive and therefore emotional being, is immersed in a scenario in which he/she is offered aromatic drinks with the main purpose of training and focusing on the sense that has the greatest emotional content in the subconscious of the diner: the sense of smell.

An object that focuses on promoting, beyond an aesthetic product, a renovating design that proposes a new way of seeing the role of the restaurant and its relationship with the user, elevating its relationship to the practice of food, not only physically, but also emotionally.
