A La Natural
‘La Natural’ is a brand of natural wines. To make a shift in the business and increase its presence in the market, as well as the sales volume, a strategic proposal based on the creation of a restaurant that breaks with the concept of pairing was developed.
The project creates a business model in which a chef manages the kitchen. Twice a year there will be invited chefs that will create new dishes inspired by ‘La Natural’ wines. This innovative proposal generates novelty and expectations among diners, inviting them to keep visiting the restaurant.
The inspiration arises from the past, from the times when the unnecessary processes did not exist, when food and beverages really nourished us, when people shared. We toast to quality moments, meetings around the table, conversations, and authentic laughs.
