A better way

‘A better way’ is a project to evaluate the design and manufacturing process of Ficosa TaiCang Co., Ltd. products. The main objective is to reduce and optimise the cost of development. Therefore, the project focuses on the optimisation of the plastic injection moulding cycle, taking into account the factors that influence the cooling time, with tools such as the conformal cooling technique.

Comparing this design with the traditional cooling system, the cooling phase time and homogeneity are optimised by 6.16% and 1.96% respectively.
