Peek Lunch 2.0: Meeting between deep-tech start-ups, ventures and Elisava
The Department of relations between academia, companies and institutions of Elisava has organized the second Peek Lunch, a meeting between deep-tech start-ups and related capital ventures.
The aim of the event, held at Elisava on February 21st and moderated by Dr. Cristina Taverner, was to understand and define how ventures value the incorporation of design in the proposals of a deep-tech start-up.
The initiative, whose first edition last year brought together start-ups from the deep-tech environment and the university environment in the field of design, included a round of presentations by the various participants and a subsequent lunch/discussion.
During the day, issues such as the degree of importance of design as an essential part of a start-up project, its assessment by the different agents involved, or the actions that should be taken from Elisava in the key moments of definition of a project in a start-up have been addressed.
