Winners of the Elisava Scholarships for the Master's programmes 2021-2022


We announce the winners of the Elisava Scholarships for the Master's programmes for the 2021-22 academic year. Scholarships that want to recognize, reward and disseminate the talent and excellence of our future Master's students.

The jury, made up of directors of the Master's programmes and the teams of the media Gràffica, Experimenta, Neo2 and Diariodesign, has taken into account criteria such as the profile and background of the participants, their portfolio and their work carried out, as well as their future projects, and the desire to learn and continue training.

The total number of participants in the call for this course has been about 800 applicants (Gràffica: 178; Experimenta: 79; Neo2: 192; Diariodesign: 159; Fahrenheit: 153).

Gràffica Scholarship: Amandine Forest

Amadine, a freelance graphic designer, has graduated in Graphic Design at Gobelins (Paris), and she is currently finishing a Bachelor in Graphic Communication Design at Central Saint Martins - UAL (London).

Amandine Forest will attend the Master’s Degree in Editorial Design.

Experimenta Scholarship: David Ramírez

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the San Francisco de Quito University (Ecuador), David is learning design and architecture in a self-taught way and centers his projects on issues focused on sustainability and the well-being of people and the environment.

David will attend the Master's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering.


Neo2 Scholarship: David Cabra

He is a fashion designer specialized in new materials. In recent years he has developed a concept called “Trashmaterial”, focused on the creation of bio-plastics and the upcycling of unconventional materials to generate new ideas in textile and fashion design. He has also completed the Master of Arts in Fashion Design Technology at the London College of Fashion - UAL (London).

David Cabra will attend the Master’s Degree in Design through New Materials.


Diariodesign Scholarship: Qhosha Vad

Qhosha has completed a Bachelor in Architectural Technology & Construction Management at Københavns Erhvervsakademi (Denmark) and Architecture and Urban Design at Scandinavian Design College (DSDH).

Qhosha Vad will attend the Master’s Degree in Ephemeral Architecture and Temporary Spaces.


Fahrenheit Scholarship: David Carrasco

David has provided a proposal that seeks formal excellence without losing sight of the narrative purpose and, at the same time, reflecting a great sensitivity in the exploration and the proposition of generative dialogues between image, sound and movement.

David Carrasco will study for free the Master's Degree in Design and Audiovisual Creativity.
