Two projects co-designed by ELISAVA students win the Roca One Day Design Challenge

The participants of the seventh edition of the Roca One Day Design Challenge, held in Barcelona and Madrid on October 20 with a record of 417 candidates, had the challenge of designing an element for the bathroom space in a refugee camp.

The first prize was for "ADARAFIT", a project that stands out for its multifunctional nature and its formal simplicity. This product allows the reuse of water without technological complications. It has been co-designed by Pau Benazet i Montobbio (Degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Postgraduate in Design of Network Applications and Services), together with Bernat Gene and Oriol Milian.

Meanwhile, Cristina López Martín, also from the Postgraduate in Design of Network Applications and Services, has co-designed with Jorge Ramiro "SEEDIMENT", winner of the third prize and the Special Award We Are Water Foundation. It is an innovative product that contributes to other needs of the demographic area where it is installed, such as land fertilization.
