This year 2021-22, Elisava Racing Team evolves giving rise to ERT LIME, Elisava's electric mobility innovation laboratory.
After three years developing electric motorbikes, this year the team takes a step forward, being in charge of promoting electric mobility in the faculty. Located in 2035 and facing this new change, the new team aims to solve one of the most relevant questions in the sector: What happens when the battery runs out? After a first phase of research, looking for an innovative and sustainable solution to face the proposed challenge, the team has decided to develop a battery swapping system. This system will be implemented in urban areas, adapting to the new mobility needs of the city, with the target audience being motosharing users.
