Mery Cuesta and Salva Rubio at CCCB

Mery Cuesta, director of ELISAVA’s Postgraduate in Comic and Illustration, together with the music critic Joan S. Luna (Mondo Sonoro), presents the show Metallurgies, where also Salva Rubio – in charge of ELISAVA’s Summer School Story Telling programme – takes part.

This session, located at Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, is a trip to the metal centre. It is a session dedicated to the most experimental part of this musical genre with a unique cavernous staging, which prioritize the listening experience above the prototypical visual coordinates of this genre.

The bands Obsidian Kingdom, F/E/A (Forces Elèctriques d'Andorra), Brunetto, Maud The Moth, the artist Aitor Saraiba and Salva Rubio himself will give shape to a mainly existential session that explores the new fields of this awesome universe.
