For decades, leadership has been built on data, models, planning, and control. While this approach remains necessary, it is no longer sufficient to address the complexity of contemporary contexts. We live in accelerated, uncertain, and deeply interconnected environments, where the abundance of information, tools, and technological capabilities coexists with a growing sense of disconnection from what is essential. The transformation driven by artificial intelligence, together with the evolution of organizations and social systems, is redefining how decisions are made, ideas are generated, and processes of change are shaped. In this context, there is a clear need to integrate new forms of leadership capable of embracing complexity without losing the human dimension, bringing greater clarity, purpose, and coherence into action.
The Master’s Degree in Human Economy emerges at this turning point as a training programme aimed at developing a new capacity for leadership based on presence, deep listening, and a profound understanding of individual and collective processes. The programme offers a transformative pathway that enables participants to lead with authenticity, activate intuition as a strategic tool, and orient knowledge towards more human, prosperous, and regenerative models. Rather than positioning itself as a process of adaptation to existing frameworks, the master’s seeks to become a space for fostering new ways of perceiving, deciding, and creating, aligned with the challenges and opportunities of the present.
