Máster Beyond Shopping

Master Beyond Shopping

Discover how commercial space design is evolving in the post-digital era. The Master Beyond Shopping prepares you to design innovative shopping experiences, developing a strategic and critical view of contemporary shopping.

How to apply

Introduction

New shopping experiences are being redefined through AI, e-commerce, digital platforms, and emerging consumer trends. In this context, the Master Beyond Shopping offers pioneering training to understand and design the shopping of the future from a holistic perspective: commercial space design, experience design, cultural and technological analysis, and retail strategy.

Today, commercial spaces are no longer just points of sale: they have become cultural and emotional environments where people build identity and relationships with brands. The program addresses this scenario from a multidisciplinary approach that combines anthropological research, service design, brand narrative, and phygital design oriented toward the omnichannel experience.

During the master, you will work with methodologies used by innovation agencies, applying research with AI and synthetic people, conceptualization of experiences, retail space design, UX/UI, and the development of journeys that connect the physical and digital worlds coherently.

The program is aimed at professionals in design, architecture, communication, marketing, technology, and innovation who seek to specialize in experience design and the transformation of retail towards more sustainable and people-centered models. It is a unique opportunity to develop a hybrid profile that is in high demand in the sector.

The Master Beyond Shopping is consolidated, as well as an experimentation laboratory where you can imagine and build the next generation of phygital shopping experiences.

At Elisava we have many other master and postgraduate programmes, find the most suitable design master for you.
