The Master Beyond Food Experience is a program that places the creation and communication of gastronomic experiences at the center of training. It combines conceptualization, production, narrative, and gastronomic branding to understand food design as a cultural and sensory experience.
In an increasingly digital context, the master claims the value of face-to-face and collective learning, placing physical interaction, working with materials, and shared creativity as drivers of innovation.
The alliance between Elisava, Hofmann, and Folch allows students to work on real cases and projects from a complementary perspective, connecting education, gastronomy, and design with extensive experience in the development of research projects, high-level catering, and the development of communication narratives with brands, institutions, and individuals.
The program is structured into six major modules that range from the fundamentals of food design to the final master’s thesis, including design and communication, gastronomy, production, and practical workshops with real events.
