Curso Brand Creativity Tous-Elisava

Brand Creativity Course

Course within the framework of TOUS Creative Design Crafts aimed at exploring creativity through a combination of conceptual and formal challenges, putting ingenuity and imagination into action.

Presentation

Creativity is the asset that allows us to introduce changes in society through powerful ideas that provide original and innovative solutions, and it is one of the significant values that TOUS masters with genuine expertise.

In this course, we approach creativity through a combination of conceptual and formal challenges, engaging ingenuity and imagination. We establish solid foundations of knowledge, discover and enhance our skills, and instrumentalize them in favor of the ideation and execution of a unique creative piece that grants us differentiation.

Who is it aimed at?

To students, designers, entrepreneurs, marketing and communication professionals, and professionals from related disciplines.

Objectives

The course is developed gradually, from the generic to the specific, addressing creativity in a transversal way. A set of key competencies in creative disciplines is acquired, ideas are generated, and students learn to align them with the imperatives required by the professional sector. In our case, we will have the valuable opportunity to navigate the course alongside the TOUS team, a company with a rich heritage backed by over 100 years of history.

Benefits
  • Broaden our perspectives to understand creativity in a completely new and disruptive way that stimulates us to think differently.
  • Enhance research and the use of new materials, leveraging the expertise of TOUS creatives.
  • Apply the concepts and methodologies learned in the development of a comprehensive creative project; from idea to product.

Structure and contents

24 hours of in-person sessions are offered, combining theory and practice equally; masterclasses, experiential laboratories, and discovery scoutings that bring us closer to a selection of leading creatives from the city of Barcelona.

Our approach allows us to enhance the creative capacity of students. We establish the theoretical foundations of the discipline while weaving connections of interest with related and complementary disciplines.

The implemented methodology provides consistency to the creative work and is easily replicable and adaptable to future professional projects that we wish to carry out.

The final project responds to a real brief shared with us by TOUS. The results are presented in the last session to a jury composed of experts from the brand. The evaluation will have a professional character and will be carried out according to previously established criteria. One of the participating students will have the opportunity to do an internship at TOUS.

The course aims to:

  • Conceive multiple ideas and solutions based on a combination of challenges posed by the brand TOUS.
  • Build and refine innovative thought structures that allow us to perceive and provide solutions to existing possibilities and opportunities in the market.
  • Integrate our creative ideas into a business context, and address the demands of the key audiences we are targeting.
  • In short, we share what the fascinating universe of creativity is like under the gaze and guidance of a renowned brand like TOUS, which will accompany us throughout this project.
