Interdisciplinary Workshops

To complement the academic training given on the master and postgraduate courses, we offer extra workshops centred around the main creative disciplines.

Elisava students come from more than 80 countries from around the world and have highly diverse professional and cultural profiles. We are looking to provide connections and networks for our students, which go beyond the context of each master. This is why we run these workshops, gatherings and practical sessions; to generate knowledge exchange and promote the development of diverse projects.

With this endeavour in mind, we organise the yearly Elisava Masters’ Interdisciplinary Workshops, an extra-curricular intensive, one-week activity in the middle of the academic year, between the first and second semester. These specific workshops are open to all master students and are free of charge. Among the more recent editions of these workshops are:

As well as this week of interdisciplinary workshops, during the year we organise other intensive workshops in which students from different masters participate. In these formats we invite internationally renowned professionals and create synergies outside of the academic area of each programme. They are intensive sessions in which challenges are posed to teams made up of students with different backgrounds, who must come up with and present results to a tight deadline.

Here are a few examples:
