Four students of the Master in Branding win the ‘Pantallas para la reflexión’ challenge
Students from the Master in Branding, Abril Ortiz, Luiza Jawetz Rozensztajn, Alejandra Gómez Aznar, and Sara Mayo, have been recognized as winners of the ‘Pantallas para la reflexión’ challenge, an initiative promoted by HUMANSDID in collaboration with Movistar on the occasion of World Creativity and Innovation Day.
The selected pieces were exhibited during the last week of April 2026 in all Movistar stores, bringing the project into public space and turning screens into a place for debate and collective reflection.
‘Pantallas para la reflexión’ aims to redefine the usual use of screens, generally oriented toward informing or entertaining, in order to transform them into tools for critical thinking. Through a creative competition, students of design, communication, and creativity from across Spain developed visual proposals focused on questioning our everyday relationship with technology.
The project champions young talent as a driver of change and highlights the need to open conversations about the impact of screen use in daily life. A professional jury selected the finalist pieces, which were later exhibited as part of the initiative.
Among the winning works, Pausa, by Sara Mayo Lago, stands out as a piece that encourages awareness of technology use through the message: ‘Technology amplifies. You decide when.’
Meanwhile, ¿Tú o él?, by Abril Ortiz, Luiza Jawetz Rozensztajn, and Alejandra Gómez Aznar, offers a direct reflection on device usage time with the message: ‘Screen time: 9 hours 17 min. Now, the time the device used you.’
