COVID-19 Grants

Elisava is launching, for this next academic year 2020-21, the 'COVID-19 Grants', aimed at students financially affected by the coronavirus pandemic and that this situation prevents them from starting or continuing their studies.

This programme, endowed with an amount of 50,000 €, will offer to 20 Undergraduate Degree students (from 1st to 4th course) a scholarship of 25% of the total price of the tuition.

Requirements:

The grants apply to the Undergraduate Degree in Design, Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Simultaneous Studies Programme.
Only those students who have had a radical change in the economic conditions of their environment will be accepted.
The decision will be based on a criterion that combines the level of family income, the impact generated due to COVID-19 and the academic career.
The allocation of grants will be made by an irrevocable decision of the Elisava’s Board of Directors.

Documentation to provide:

Declaration of 2019 income of the family members.
Declaration of not receiving any other aid or scholarship (Elisava, AGAUR, Generalitat de Catalunya, Ministerio de Universidades...).
Patrimonial declaration of the father/mother.
Written explanation of the economic impact that COVID-19 has generated on the environment.
Presentation of the documents that accredit the situation (Employment Regulation File certificates, unemployment, interruption or closure of business and/or any other document that accredits the substantial loss of income).
In the case of being students of new access to Elisava, documents that accredit the academic excellence.

All this documentation should be sent to the email covid19@elisava.net.

Deadlines:

Deadline for documentation submission: Monday, July, 6th at 2:00 p.m.
Communication by e-mail of the selected students: Friday, July, 17th.

Financing

Students who want to finance the enrolment of their Degree can do so through the preferential conditions of Caixa d'Enginyers: payment in 10 monthly instalments with an opening fee of € 50. For more information you can go to any Caixa d’Enginyers office or call 902 200 888 (+34 93 268 13 31).

There are also agreements with other banks to finance the enrolment of your Degree: Banco Santander Central Hispano (BSCH), Banc Sabadell, BBVA or CaixaBanc.

Elisava Scholarships

At Elisava we offer different scholarships because we want you to make it easy for you.

4 scholarships for academic excellence (2 for each Degree) that offer coverage of 50% of the cost of tuition and to which students with a minimum average grade of 8.5 in their Baccalaureate or CFGS studies can choose.
Up to 8 scholarships(4 for each Degree) that can be chosen by those people who have applied for the grant for academic excellence and have not obtained it. This scholarship offers coverage of 10% of the cost of the enrollment of the Degree.
Collaboration Scholarships with the School. Paid internships in different departments and workshops from the 3rd course.

State Scholarships

All the Official Degrees that are developed at Elisava are eligible for scholarships from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and the Agency for Management of University Grants and Research of the Generalitat de Catalunya (AGAUR).

Bonus on the public price of the credits for large families

Students who are members of large families of special category at the beginning of the academic year are entitled to the total exemption from the price corresponding to the public section of each credit.

Students who are members of families of general category at the beginning of the academic year are entitled to the 50% exemption from the price corresponding to the public section of each credit. In order to obtain this condition the student must submit a large family certificate.
