Exhibition at Diagonal metro station about the armrests designed by undergraduate students for TMB stations

Opening of the exhibition ‘Designing for all’ in the Espai Mercè Sala of the Diagonal metro station (in the lobby connecting lines L3 and L5), in Barcelona. The exhibition explains the design process of the new armrests for TMB, metro stations, designed by Elisava students as part of a pilot test promoted by the Barcelona Design Center (BcD).

The universal, inclusive and circular design is the axis of these armrests made with recycled materials from disused buses, and that aim to make more accessible the benches of the stations of the Barcelona metro network.
