Presentation
The Executive Programme in Creative Leadership is an exclusive offer by Elisava and the elBulliFoundation to professionals, business owners, and academics with high disruptive potential.
With a maximum of 15 students per cohort, we offer you a personalized learning journey guided by an exclusive global network of creative mentors and experts.
You will work side by side with some of the most creative minds in Spain, such as Ferran Adrià, Toni Segarra, and Albert Folch, and learn the science behind innovation from key scholars such as Ezio Manzini to advance your professional development.
This is an intensive programme – 400 hours in four months – where you will master the creative process and gain a deep understanding of your own creative DNA. You will learn how to solve challenges in the increasingly complex and interconnected world we live in, based on a research-backed approach to creativity.
We are committed to your impact.
At completion, take advantage of our Follow-Up Programme and continue being mentored by the programme’s directors for the following year. The goal is to give you the support you need to realize your disruptive idea, no matter if it is within your own professional development or a project out in the world.
We invite you to give yourself four months of your time to transform the rest of your career.
Professional opportunities
Our students went out to rethink their businesses, create new ones, bring their startups to success, and leapfrog their careers within their current companies.
We have worked with professionals from small, medium, and large companies in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, as well as freelancers, from industries as diverse as food, music, humanitarian aid, digital technologies, services, marketing & sales, retail, amongst others.
