Victoria Lang (Brazil)

Graduated in architecture from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, 2012. Master in Retail Design in Elisava, 2015, and Master in Branding by Shifta, 2019.

She returned to São Paulo in 2015 and started her own architecture studio: Viz&Co. She currently divides her time between her daughter and her studio, where she works with commercial and residential projects.

Joaquín Acevedo (Chile)

Designer with a Master in Retail Design at Elisava.

Joaquín developed his skills in the australian market, where he became a part of the creative team of the company WPP in Sydney. Currently, Joaquín is Cofounder and Creative Director at Pizarra Studio and Reviste.

At Pizarra Studio he designs holistic commercial spaces and at Reviste he recovers wood from the industry to manufacture triple-impact products for socio-occupational reintegration.

Carolina Alzate (Colombia)

Product design engineer with a Master’s degree in Packaging Design and expert in Design Thinking and innovation process since 12 years ago. Winner of 4 Pentawards (Paris, Tokyo, London and Barcelona), Women to Watch 2017 to Colombia, International jury 2018 in the New York Pentawards.

Currently founder partner of OpenLAB, a bussiness transformation lab, content creator for the P&M magazine, has held talks in Australia, Guatemala, Barcelona, Chile, Peru and Colombia.

Carla Anderson (Ecuador)

Specialised in Product Design at Elisava in 2012, she obtained the “Indoor: Containers” best project award for Santa & Cole.

Enterpreneur, she works in product design, service strategies, scenographies and visual merchandising. She offers consultancies in Design Thinking and teaches at the University of the Americas since 2013, in the professorships of innovation and visual merchandising.

Alejandra Maxera (Peru)

Graphic designer specialised in brands, she studied the master’s degree in Branding at Elisava. Currently she is the founder of her own creative studio ALEMAX® in Lima, Peru.

She is a loyal believer in connecting with others by embracing our authenticity and finding out true purpose. The same thing happens with brands. She loves inspiring other designers to believe in their talent, prints and especially colours.

Alba Agüera (Germany)

Innovative visual designer and narrator, trained at Elisava and currently working in Berlin, with experience in branding.

She stands out for her versatility, creativity, and focus on new technologies. Recently, she joined IBM, and she also leads art and branding projects, collaborating with brands to create unique visual identities.

Marta Caro (USA)

Marta Caro studied Elisava’s Undergraduate Degree in Design and currently works in New York as an independent art director.

She works for brands from the fashion and beauty industry such as The Line, H&M, ByFarShoes, Khaite, Vince, Altuzarra, Frame, among others.

Rodrigo Alemán (Netherlands)

With a Master’s in Design Management and Entrepreneurship from Elisava, Rodrigo thrives in the startup world. As a co-founder of his startup, he’s experienced the entrepreneurial journey firsthand, fueling his passion.

Currently, he fosters relationships in the startup ecosystem, believing that innovation opens doors, and design unlocks potential in every aspect of life.

Laia Tort (Switzerland)

Graduated in Product Design and Industrial Design Engineering by Elisava, and winner of the Ei! Award in 2023.

She currently works as a packaging engineer in Zürich, where she employs her creative and technical skills in the field of luxury cosmetics for the renowned skincare brand La Prairie.

Francisco Isla Montoya (Viña del Mar, Chile)

Publicist, Master’s in Branding and Brand Communication, Elisava, 2021-2022.

Academic and entrepreneur involved in the ISLA and Milagro Agency projects, developing branding strategies for startups, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Mentor and director of companies in the incubation stage in the Valparaíso region, Chile.
