From 25 May to 9 June, Elisava's Atri is hosting an exhibition that brings together a selection of projects from the Projects II course of the 2nd year of the Degree in Design and the Master's Degree in Furniture Design, carried out from 2018 to the present day, in collaboration with PILMA.
On the occasion of the 3rd Ibero-American Congress on the History of Furniture, Elisava would like to offer our contribution to the initiatives developed in our city with this exhibition.
Furniture design is characterised by its vocation to build bridges between research into the forms of contemporary living, typical of spatial design, and the aspects of conception, formalisation and selection of materials that define every product. This can be clearly seen in the pieces made by the Elisava students presented in this exhibition.
Ideation: Paolo Sustersic, Professor at Elisava and member of the Scientific Committee of the 3rd Ibero-American Congress on the History of Furniture.
