Foodture brings together, connects and inspires designers, entrepreneurs, visionaries and start-ups from the world of gastronomy and food. Its aim is to share the most disruptive innovation while exploring and defining new trends in the fields of food design, food tech and social food. Some of the speakers at this year's edition will be Luki Huber, Carme Ruscalleda, Laura Veraguas, Michael Chetpa and Antonis Mavropoulus, among others.
In addition, Elisava Alumni Elisabeth Sebastià, Rafa Prat and Laura Gispert will also be taking part in various activities organised by the Food Design Area of Elisava.
