First off, on May 13th, The Architecture and Cinema Workshop will be held, which the university is organizing jointly with the ETSAB (Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona) in the auditorium of The Joan Miró Foundation. The date will include the screening of short films made by students from both institutions: in this third edition, within the theme of La Millor Joventut. Arquitectura i Ciutat postpandèmica, Elisava's cameras centred on the urban and political project of The Meridiana Canondrome, reactivated by the citizen participation platform Decidim to turn it into an "athenaeum of digital and democratic innovation". The screening will be accompanied by a round table discussion led by film director and Elisava professor Maria Mauti and Daria de Seta, Coordinator of the Space Area of the Degree in Design of Elisava together with other professionals in the sector and obviously the students, true protagonists of the experience.

The next week, Elisava will be collaborating with The Pasolini’22 Project, celebrating the centenary of the author’s birth. At the main building of The COAC (Col·legi d’Arquitectes de Catalunya) a debate is organized based on Locations in Palestine, a documentary made in parallel with the film The Gospel according to St. Matthew. The colloquium will feature the intervention of directors Bêka & Lemoine.
