Contents: Every competitive company knows how to identify changes that can impact its business. Participants will learn to design, define, and implement strategies that promote discovery, experimentation, and collaboration, crucial aspects to ensure the future competitiveness of the company.

In parallel, participants will work in teams on a real challenge facing the company, applying the different techniques learned during the course, with follow-up and mentoring from the instructors. Contents: This course is aimed at professionals who want to conceptualize and lead strategic sustainability projects for green and digital transformation. By understanding material and technological innovations, proposals based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are developed. During the sessions, projects are conceptualized through material experimentation and digital tools and AI. Training is also provided in project management and leadership techniques for material projects to integrate learnings around a company challenge as well as communication of material languages applied to the brand.

This advanced workshop integrates creativity and technology to transform brand communication and company vision, proposing a perspective that aligns with business principles, brand definition, and content creation with generative creativity and AI as the main tools. It’s an interactive learning process where AI becomes the central axis for the development of creative and disruptive solutions. Each session is designed for attendees to explore, apply, and experiment with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Runway, not only to create impactful and effective content but also to forge brand strategies that will resonate in the current and future market.

UX/UI: Designing user experiences for products and services
1 Capsule: UX/UI: Introduction to user experience and interaction design. Designing a memorable brand experience

Duration: 3 sessions of 4 hours each (12 hours total)

Contents: The course highlights the fundamental concepts and advantages of user experience design, as well as its phases and methods. Different approaches to UX are addressed, from techniques of Human-Centered Design to Inclusive Design.

The goal is to provide a foundation to teams and companies looking to add value to their process of designing digital products, physical products, spaces, or services, by discovering how their users are and what they need.

Methodology: Group practical activity, through which the concepts and methods of the discipline are addressed so that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the UX/UI process. The practice will also allow working on fundamental soft skills in the UX environment.

2 Specialization: UX/UI: Design and implementation of a user experience process. UX/UI in practice: devising and prototyping to connect with users.

Duration: 10 sessions of 3 hours each (30 hours total)

Contents: Participants will practically engage in a user experience design process, traversing different phases of the process, applying methods and techniques, and working with professional documentation, ideation, and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Notion, Miro, etc.).

Starting with the human-centered design approach as the central axis, we integrate inclusive design, which allows designing for a greater diversity of users. The goal is to equip teams and companies with the knowledge and skills to understand their users, to ideate and prototype memorable interactive experiences with digital or physical products, spaces, or services.

Through team project work, participants will take part in a complete UX/UI process, from user and competitor discovery to prototyping interaction experiences. They will apply industry methods and techniques, practice with sector tools, as well as develop fundamental social skills in the UX environment.

Content: A UX process consists of different phases, involving professionals from various fields as well as internal and external stakeholders. In this course, we not only carry out a user experience design process but also address methods to manage it effectively. We delve into methods for integrating a UX process into Agile environments where we work with developers and internal stakeholders, as well as management techniques specific to the design team.

Methodology: Learning based on learning by doing and real-case analysis. Hands-on approach, allowing participants to experiment with different tools and techniques. Through team projects, participants engage in a complete UX process, participating in its planning, research, ideation, and prototyping. Additionally, case studies on project management will be analyzed to discover methods and best practices applied to processes, people, and resources.
