‘Frecuencias divergentes’ by Pablo Navarlaz

Pablo Navarlaz, student of the Bachelor in Design and Innovation, is one of the students awarded by the jury of Brut! on the occasion of his Final Degree Project Frecuencias divergentes (Divergent Frequencies).

Thus, Navarlaz becomes part of the Campus Blanc! section, where he will give a talk next Saturday, October 26, in which he will explain the creation process of his project.

Frecuencias divergentes, tutored by Oriol Miró, deals with visual impairment, a condition in which only the amount of vision useful for daily life is preserved. This project addresses the problem by challenging the traditional concept of legibility, moving away from standardization and normalization in search of a broader approach. The result is a typographic, parametric and multivariable product capable of adapting to various visual conditions.
