Several Elisava Alumni Recognized at the 2025 LAUS Awards

The Elisava community has once again stood out at the LAUS Awards, organized by the Association of Graphic Design and Visual Communication of the FAD (ADG-FAD). In the 2025 edition, several Alumni and students from the school were recognized for projects ranging from visual identity to editorial and packaging design, once again solidifying Elisava’s presence in the national design scene.

One of the most outstanding recognitions was the LAUS Young Talent Award, the highest honor for students, awarded to Gonçalo Salgado and Jan Sobyra, Alumni of the Master in Visual Design. Their final master’s project, Heroes of Petanca, reimagines this traditional sport from a community-based and intergenerational perspective, using graphic design as a tool for social transformation.
